Dear Band Leaders, Musicians, and Friends,

We are delighted to invite your orchestra to participate in the inaugural Velingrad Vibes Music Festival in the beautiful town of Velingrad, Bulgaria — renowned as the SPA capital of the Balkans and a premier destination for health, culture, and music.

This two-day festival will gather brass bands from neighboring countries for a unique blend of concerts, parades, and cultural exchange, set against the stunning backdrop of the Rhodope Mountains.

Festival Structure

  • Duration: 2 Festival Days + Arrival and Departure Days
  • Dates: Arrival – June 24 | Festival – June 26 & 27 | Departure – June 28, 2026
  • Participants: Brass bands from Bulgaria and other European countries.
  • Main Venue: Central Stage of Velingrad
  • Performances:
    • Each band will perform one 40-minute concert on one of the two main days
    • All bands will take part in a short parade through the town center (approx. 3 minutes route)
    • All bands will participate in a final joint performance on the last evening (2 short pieces per band – approx. 10 minutes total)
    • Optional short performances at sponsor venues (hotels/restaurants in the center)

Festival Participation Fee

The festival participation fee is €200 per ensemble (not per person) and covers:

✅  Professional photo and video recording of your performance
✅  Festival diploma and souvenirs for each group
✅  Promotional materials (digital brochure, social media presence, printed schedule)
✅  Festival identification package (badges, welcome folder, city map)
✅ Recognition certificates for group leaders
✅ Access to exclusive media exposure (social media posts, video interviews, live coverage)
✅ Organizational and technical support throughout the event

Accommodation Options and Prices

Participants can choose accommodation according to their preferences and budget from three categories of hotels in Velingrad: 3-star, 4-star, and 5-star. All prices include 4 nights with full board (breakfast, lunch, and dinner).

Approximate price range per person for 4 nights with full board:

🟩 3-star hotels: 160–200 EUR
            (Group discounts of 10-15% may apply)

🟦 4-star hotels: 200–260 EUR
            (Includes spa services; group discounts available)

🟥 5-star hotels: 280–350 EUR
            (Luxury accommodations with premium services)

Prices may vary depending on the hotel choice and exact booking conditions.

❗ Transportation is not included and is to be covered by the participants.

Optional Excursion

During the festival, participants will have the opportunity to join a non-mandatory half-day excursion to Plovdiv – the oldest continuously inhabited city in Europe, famous for its Roman heritage, cobbled streets, and vibrant cultural atmosphere.

➡️ Details and cost of the excursion will be announced in advance. Participation is not required.

Accommodation & Location

Participants will be hosted in 3 to 5-star hotels, depending on their preferences and availability.

Each group may choose their desired category, and the final price will vary accordingly.

Velingrad is one of the most famous spa towns in the Balkans, offering over 80 mineral springs, stunning natural surroundings, and fresh mountain air – the perfect setting for music and relaxation.
